As the grandson of Italian immigrant owners of a retail food store in St. Louis, Mo., celebrated Executive Chef Tom Moloney was born into the food service industry.
In his early 20’s, Moloney began his self-taught tutelage, working under local and nationally recognized chefs. During a 12-year career with celebrity chef Wolfgang Puck, Moloney opened seven casual and fine dining houses.
After the successful opening of those venues, he continued with the International Panda Restaurant Group. Today, Chef Tom Moloney demonstrates his culinary genius at AquaKnox.
