James Boyer is the executive chef for Canyon Ranch SpaClub, overseeing all aspects of food and beverage at the Las Vegas facility. Known for his creative nature, he is consistently recognized for his expertise in the development and preparation of healthy cuisine and has contributed to numerous Canyon Ranch recipe collections.

Boyer has big plans on the horizon, including overseeing the Canyon Ranch Café for dinner, as well as continually working to create new culinary experiences for SpaClub guests.
