Chefs Michael & Wendy Jordan make sure diners will experience a bit of home at Rosemary’s Restaurant, whether visiting Las Vegas for fun, longing to escape the Strip, or locals seeking a truly great neighborhood restaurant and bar for a truly wonderful dining experience.

The pair met and graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, N.Y. in 1989. They married and traveled Europe before settling in New Orleans where Chef Michael began a long career with Chef Emeril Lagasse that eventually brought him to Las Vegas.

The Jordans opened Rosemary’s Restaurant in 1999 and quickly became a not-to-miss dining destination in the Las Vegas Valley. Their winning combination is great food, drink and service paired with uncommon value and dining diversity.

The Jordans draw from a variety of culinary influences to create French-inspired, creative American cuisine with regional twists from New Orleans, the deep South and the Midwest.
